Edible Cookie Dough!

My daughter made edible cookie dough yesterday in her online Brownies session and it was such a hit with my usually fussy eater daughter!

It is no-cook so it’s an easy recipe for children to make.

Ingredients

100g butter, softened to room temperature

175g soft brown sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

140g plain flour

2 tbsp milk

Mix the butter and sugar together.

Add the vanilla extract.

Stir in the flour.

Then add the milk.

After making the basic cookie dough you can then add any aditional ingredients such as chocolate chips, broken up mini eggs, raisons, tiny marshmallows – whatever you like! You can even have it along side ice cream!

This makes quite a lot of dough so you could seperate it to make different types where additional ingredients are concerned. It will keep for up to a week in the fridge.
