My name is Jane, I’m a 40-odd year old single mum with two daughters.

I love music (mainly rock and metal), politics and environmentalism.

We live in Oxfordshire and enjoy what this green and pleasent county has to offer.

I have secondary progressive Multiple Sclerosis.

I was diagnosed after years of strange symptoms and pretty horrible experiences (not being allowed into a gig of my favourite band because my unsteady gait meant that I “was drunk”, was a low point! I wasn’t drunk THAT time by the way!!)

My pregnancies, like many women with MS, were happy ones and luckily neither lead to a relapse after giving birth.

Since producing my energy filled offspring life has been a fun, emotional and exhausing journey.

In this blog I will be bringing you everything including how I keep a home going, stuff I do with my family, environmental tips for a greener home and personal experiences of how life is as a Mum with a chronic illness.
